Our daily lives present us with many challenges, our bodies are only one of them. From keeping your athletic edge, to managing pain, chronic stiffness and injury recovery, — I will work with you to identify and correct the underlying causes, producing lasting change. My technique blends orthopedic assessments, soft tissue and joint mobilizations, isometric exercises, massage, and active stretches.

     

    As managing your health is an active process, I may also suggest simple exercises that can be done outside of your sessions support your recovery process or even refer to you to our in-house staff.  We partner with you to develop a treatment plan that will get you out of pain and back into your active life.
